Our cooling pillows come in elegant premium packaging, making for a delightful unboxing experience. The removable cover is machine washable, and can be tumble dried on low heat. You may notice a slight smell when you first unwrap your pillow, but this is normal and harmless - just air it out or toss it in the dryer on low with a dryer sheet to make it smell fresh and clean. Before your first use, fluff up the pillow by patting and shaking it, or toss it in the dryer on low heat to help evenly distribute the foam clusters and expand it to its full shape.
